We had a fire in our house. Our original contractor did demo and then nothing for 7 whole months. We met Royce At a friend’s while he was finishing up a kitchen remodel. My wife and I felt really comfortable with him, so we explained our situation. Royce stepped in and dealt with the contractors, insurance, city and planning. Royce did a beautiful job of transforming my home into a bright, open, clean space to live in. My sunroom was closed off from the rest of the house so he removed two sliding doors and a window over the kitchen sink which opened up that area. What a difference it made.
Next came painting the entire interior, including three rooms with popcorn ceilings.  He was meticulous, taking the time to remove light fixtures, face plates etc, replacing them with care as well as taping edges for sharp lines around the ceilings and trim.
It amazes me how much of a transformation he achieved. 
All in all he did wonderful job. I would recommend him for any projects you may have.
